We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.

Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
The parking spot along Winthrop St. is marked Unit D — that one’s all yours. The right side of the parking alley next to the trash cans is a shared spot. If you park there, please pull all the way forward. If you're parking there and might block someone in, just leave your contact info on the dashboard so our neighbor can reach you if needed. There's also a bike rack in that area that guests are welcome to use!

If you need additional parking, there’s a nearby lot next to CVS at the intersection of Bradford and Prince streets—just a short walk from the house. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.

The house includes two reserved parking spots, located directly in front on the brick drive and extending onto the white shell driveway. You can locate these spots on the lot overview map to the right.
Please avoid parking in the numbered spaces along Alden Street in the lower part of the lot, as these are reserved for other units.If you need additional parking, there’s a nearby lot next to CVS at the intersection of Bradford and Prince streets—just a short walk from the house.
